Her eyes and mouth give a solid expression, and the light source is almost tangible. Very nice work.
However her head does look a tad out of proportion to the rest of her body. It seems maybe a little big?
I'm no expert painter, and I'm definetly not the authority on human anatomy, so please don't take this personally. I jsut try to leave helpful comments when I do.
Nonetheless, this is a masterful painting.

I once had a lemonade stand. I sold the first glass for 50¢, then I sold the second glass for 5$. It contained the antidote.
That painting is done and sold. Can't do much about it now, ya know. But anatomy is something that we all struggle with. I can't imagine a day that I will not step back from one of my paintings and go "What the?"
The head is large because she is lurching forward (slumped), and this is an issue of very delicate foreshortening. I thought it was successful... But I can see where you would be kinda weirded out by it.
